Delivery Information

We at thetopshelf fully appreciate that discretion is of paramount importance, and can therefore guarantee that there will be NO external advertising / logos, etc. on any of the parcels leaving our warehouse. We can also assure you that your goods will be securely packaged by our warehouse staff.

We endeavour to dispatch all goods within 48 hours, if received Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

UK Orders

The delivery method for your goods depends entirely on the weight of the parcel, as outlined below. There’s no need for any intervention on your part – our systems will automatically calculate the weight and send the goods accordingly. We operate a flat-rate postage & packing policy of £1 per item, capped at a maximum charge of £10. Any further items you purchase will be sent postage free.

European Orders

You will be charged  £5.00 for the first item, and then £2.50 for each additional item (up-to an additional 9 items)  We charge a maximum of £27.50 for our European customers.  Additional items will be sent postage free.

Overseas Orders

You will be charged  £10.00 for the first item, and then £5.00 for each additional item (up-to an additional 9 items)  We charge a maximum of £55.00 for our Worldwide customers.  Additional items will be sent postage free.
